Orders placed before 12pm usually ship the same day. All shipments are fulfilled using UPS Ground 2-3 day. All products are stocked and shipped from our Denver, CO location.

If there is a mistake with your shipping information you need to contact us immediately to make a correction. We will modify your shipping address and confirm. If the item has shipped, delivery addresses can not be changed.

We are currently offering shipping to Canada via UPS. The free shipping promotion is not available on International Orders, but we do offer a flat $15 shipping rate on orders over $50. VAT Duty is not currently collected at checkout, and will be calculated upon arrival at around 13% of the total price with shipping costs.

The cloth surface of the pad can be hand washed and dried to clean up any smaller spills. Lint rollers are also very useful for keeping the surface as fresh as the day your received it. Machine washing can be used in a pinch with line drying, but repeated washes may degrade the print surface.

Modern optical/laser mice will work without hesitation, jumping, or skipping due to their more advanced optical sensors. There should be no problems on detail printed sections with a modern mouse.

No, we do not coat the cloth surface. This in turn doesn't protect the surface from spills and wear as much, but keeps the surface consistent and reliable. Some coatings tend to wear down after use and mouse movements start to become unpredictable
